The Firebrigade (1926) Silent Film with Live Piano
Presented by Hall of Flame Museum of Firefighting
Fire Brigade (1926) is a thrilling silent-era melodrama brought to life with live piano accompaniment by acclaimed composer and accompanist Andrew Earle Simpson. The film captures the high-stakes world of 1920s firefighting—alongside a story of love, loyalty, and danger.

Sonatas of J.S. Bach with Steven Moeckel, Violin
Presented by Arizona Bach Festival
The Arizona Bach Festival returns to Western Spirit for a second year with an extraordinary afternoon of music in the galleries. Join acclaimed violinist Steven Moeckel, former concertmaster of The Phoenix Symphony, for Soul Searching—a moving journey through J.S. Bach’s three sonatas for solo violin, performed amid the museum’s stunning artwork.
Admission includes a self-guided tour of the museum and a pre-concert reception beginning at 2:00 p.m. Each attendee will also receive one complimentary return admission pass to Western Spirit Museum for a future visit.
Tickets are $50 in advance through the Arizona Bach Festival website (recommended) or $55 at the door (if not sold out). This program is presented in partnership with the Arizona Bach Festival, which manages registration and payment online and onsite.
