Youth Art Month 2025

 

Art educators nationwide celebrate Youth Art Month (YAM) annually during the month of March. YAM celebrates and showcases the artistic prowess of young artists, grades K-12, and features student exhibitions to raise awareness and support of the visual arts.

 

Western Spirit: Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, in collaboration with the Arizona Art Education Association, are presenting a special exhibition featuring the creativity of student artists across the state. This exhibition is a testament to the museum’s commitment to fostering creativity and supporting emerging talent within the local community. The display features a diverse collection of artworks perspectives. “We are thrilled to provide a platform for the next generation of artists to showcase their talent,” said Wade Weber, Director of Education. “Youth Art Month is an opportunity to celebrate the artistic achievements of our local students and encourage a lifelong appreciation tor the arts.”
