A Night to Remember at Western Spirit 

Western Spirit came alive for Saloon Nite on October 11, 2025 celebrating our community and the newly built Louis Sands IV Center. From live music to laughter, it was a night filled with anticipation for what’s to come.

Saloon Nite guests celebrated a Western party to remember unveiling the Louis Sands IV Center. Guests had their first—and only—chance to experience this stunning space before the art moves in. For one night only, we turned the museum into a high-energy poker and casino party packed with poker, craps, roulette, blackjack, dinner, spirits, live country music, dancing, celeb photo opportunities, and prizes.

Poker celebrities came to play—including WSOP Champion Steven Jones, fresh off his $6.5 million win! Steven and other WSOP pros were at the tables not just to play Texas Hold ’Em—but to share a few tips on how to play like the winners.
