Meet Our WSC Team!
Mike McCanse is a recognized Arizona business and community leader.
As founder of NCP Law, McCanse is an expert in construction law, alcohol beverage law and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to NCP Law, he chaired the Construction & Real Estate Litigation Practice Group of an AMLAW 100 law firm. Regarding construction law, in addition to negotiating construction contracts, Mike represents contractors and owners on all types of construction-related disputes and has litigated all types of claims involving public and private projects of all sizes.
Mike also previously served as outside National Beverage Counsel to the second-largest brewer in the United States for almost a decade. Demonstrating a substantive understanding of the complicated regulatory framework that alcohol beverage industry members must navigate on a local, state-by-state, and federal level, Mike partners with licensees to resolve alcohol beverage licensing and trade practice-related issues, at every regulatory level, throughout the U.S.
Mike also represents individuals and corporate clients in complex business, contract, and real estate disputes. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Western Spirit Museum and also Chairs the Western Spirit Council.
